Product Description:
The 20.F5.CDR-960A Motor Drive is developed by KEB to be integrated into industrial automation solutions of the F5 series. It has accurate motor control with a miniature frequency converter and more elements included. This drive comes with reliable performance, and operation efficiency, and is suitable for various motor applications. The inverter is designed to handle 3-phase input voltage at 400V thus appropriate for different industrial applications. Facilities consist of a braking transistor and a built-in filter and cooling by the heat sink.
The 20.F5.CDR-960A Motor Drive is fitted with a power rating of 37 kW. It has an apparent power rating of 52 kVA and is therefore capable of dealing with extra-dense tasks. The drive operates at 430 VAC voltage, and 50/60 Hz frequency. Its switching frequency is specified at 8 kHz to ensure quiet and harmonically efficient switching. The unit has the adjustment ability of a short-time current limit of up to 150% and an over current of up to 180 % to provide better protection to the circuits against overload. The 20.F5.CDR-960A Motor Drive is designed to be easy to install and very low maintenance to provide a long service life. The braking transistor is incorporated into the drive to provide higher motor coast-down rates resulting in increased system efficiency.
The 20.F5.CDR-960A Motor Drive has an R-type housing safeguarding it from harsh conditions and delivers performance in standard conditions. Cooling is done by way of a heat sink that ensures that heat produced during operation is well conducted away. Since it has a quite small form factor, this interconnect device should not pose any integration issues with already existing systems. Another feature of the device is the presence of an integrated filter, which also contributes to the reduction of electrical noise.
