The 15.F5.MBE-YUZF is a drive controller manufactured by KEB within the F5 Combivert Axis Drives series. It regulates three-phase induction or synchronous motors used in automation lines where coordinated speed, torque, and position have to be maintained for each axis. The controller is suited for motion tasks that need repeatable response during changing loads and commanded speed profiles. Its role is to convert control commands into regulated motor output while supporting closed-loop operation in compact drive cabinets.

The unit offers one analog input with 11 bit resolution, letting the control loop accept finely scaled setpoints, and a single analog output for real-time feedback. The controller recognizes edge transitions on its 5 digital inputs, which use a PNP sourcing scheme for start, stop, or mode selection. An auxiliary pulse train is provided through a TTL-level connector for speed reference.
