The 14.F5.B1D-380A is an axis drive module manufactured by KEB for the F5 Combivert Axis Drives series. The unit converts fixed mains power into variable frequency and voltage output so industrial controllers can command precise motor speed and torque. Within an automation cell, it governs a single motor axis, and its onboard braking transistor absorbs regenerated energy during rapid deceleration instead of requiring a separate external resistor assembly. This makes the drive suitable for conveyor lines, material-handling systems, and other general machinery that depends on responsive motion control and compact cabinet installation.
The drive delivers a rated output current of 16.5 A, and its power stage can momentarily supply up to 35.6 A to help overcome inertia during startup or acceleration.
