The 14.F5.G1D-YP10 is an axis drive module produced by KEB for the F5 Combivert Axis Drives series. It converts plant power into variable-frequency output for three-phase induction or servo motors, allowing the drive to regulate speed and torque with closed-loop control. The unit is suited for conveyor systems, packaging equipment, and material-handling cells that require coordinated motor response.
The control section includes 2 analog inputs for current or voltage references and 2 analog outputs for sending operating values to an external PLC. It also provides 8 digital inputs for commands such as enable, direction, and fault reset, and their status is processed with a 2 ms control scan time for quick response to sequence changes. Operators can store up to eight nonvolatile parameter sets and select them through field wiring or the front keypad.
The power stage accepts 400 V AC mains or a compatible DC bus, which supports both standalone layouts and common-bus designs. On the motor side, it delivers 10 HP of continuous output, while the integrated GTR7 braking chopper handles regenerated energy during deceleration to protect the DC link.
