The 13.F5.M3D-Y0E0 axis drive is produced by KEB within the F5 Combivert Axis Drives series. It is an inverter module intended to regulate three-phase induction or synchronous motors used in automated manufacturing lines, offering speed and torque control from a single compact housing. By integrating the power stage and logic, the unit connects directly to a higher-level PLC and delivers coordinated motion for conveyors, pumps, or processing machinery. The unit supports multi-mode operation across different feedback and command schemes.
On the control side, the drive provides 17 control terminals that accommodate logic power, reference signals, and safety interlocks. Devices can be wired through 5 digital inputs and 2 digital outputs, while one analog channel accepts ±10 V or 0–20 mA references. Two differential encoder inputs are present, but no encoder feedback card is installed, so the ports remain available for external interface cards if closed-loop operation is required.
