KEB F5 Combivert Axis Drives, model 12.F5.A1D-3A-A, is specifically developed for mechanical engineering needs and supports voltage classes of 230V and 400V for asynchronous as well as synchronous servo motors.
This model is versatile, especially with its modular program suitable for mechanical engineering which addresses the effective use of resources and low costs on design. It has a programmable user interface that provides text-only instructions in as many as six languages to make it friendly to use in different countries. The 12.F5.A1D-3A-A allows for a choice of control modes, both open loop and closed loop, to meet the requirements of a wide range of applications. It helps special control modes such as encoder-less field orientation for asynchronous motors and high-performance close loop operations for synchronous motors without feedback devices. This drive can provide high output frequencies of up to 800 Hz, with the potential to reach 1600 Hz for high-speed applications. It has expandable I/O with 17 removable control terminal using PNP-logic and several programmable digital and analog I/Os to suit the user’s need. Safety is always a priority, and that is why safety functions are incorporated and conform to the ISO 13849 and EN 62061 standards, thus providing maximum protection in the case of industrial applications.
