For power entry, the unit accepts a three-phase 400 VAC/DC supply, and that line voltage is converted into a rated apparent power flow of 2.8 kVA toward the motor terminals. Under continuous duty, the inverter supplies a rated output current of 4.1 A, with switching devices operating at a carrier frequency of 8 kHz to keep current ripple low. The drive can modulate the output to any frequency up to 599 Hz, allowing operation of high-speed spindles or servo motors that demand extended field-weakening ranges. That range allows one unit to cover both steady conveyor duty and faster rotary applications when it is paired with an appropriate motor.
During transients, the drive supports a maximum motor rating of 1.5 kW and a short-time phase current ceiling of 7.4 A. Dynamic stops are supported through the braking IGBT, which can sink up to 7.5 A into an external resistor no smaller than 120 Ω. Braking energy is therefore diverted outside the drive, so the resistor must match the deceleration demand of the application. The heat-sink path keeps semiconductor junctions below 90 °C. The compact housing measures 90 × 220 × 161 mm, leaving room in the enclosure for the 16 A mains fuse, control wiring, and any required contactors.
