The 07.F5.MBD-3BHA is an axis drive module produced by KEB and assigned to the F5 Combivert Axis Drives series. The unit serves as a variable-frequency inverter in industrial automation, accepting three-phase mains power and delivering controlled voltage and frequency to matched motors. By integrating with motion controllers and feedback devices, it provides closed-loop speed and torque regulation for conveyors, packaging stations, and material-handling axes. It uses the Combivert platform, allowing the drive to exchange control and status signals as part of a coordinated motion system.
The power stage is built for a three-phase 400 VAC/DC supply and is thermally coupled to a heat-sink base for convective cooling. During continuous duty, the inverter delivers 2.6 A and can withstand up to 216% of that value before shutdown. Pulse-width modulation runs at 16 kHz, which helps reduce audible noise and improves current response. The unit uses a compact IP20 enclosure, and an integrated braking transistor dissipates regenerated energy. A resolver on feedback channel 1 closes the speed loop without external interface cards.
