The 07.F5.H3D-ZB0A is an axis drive module produced by KEB and supplied through the F5 Combivert Axis Drives series. Designed for panel installation, the unit converts fixed mains power into a controlled three-phase output that coordinates induction or synchronous motors across a single automation axis. By replacing mechanical speed control with electronic regulation, the drive improves positioning repeatability and reduces component wear in continuous-duty machines used throughout material handling and secondary processing lines.
Its control section accepts two analog references, each resolved at 12 bit, so velocity or torque commands maintain fine granularity even when derived from external sensors. The same board provides 2 voltage- or current-mode analog channels alongside 8 programmable digital inputs for start, stop, or mode selection. All discrete states are sampled within 1 ms, allowing the drive to follow high-speed PLC instruction cycles. Power terminals accept 230 V AC or AC/DC mains, and the onboard inverter switches at 16 kHz, which helps reduce audible noise and allows the use of smaller motor chokes. The mix of analog and digital interfaces lets the module process reference signals and machine commands on the same control board.
