Product Description:
The 07.F5.B0A-PM00 is an AC axis inverter manufactured by KEB as part of the F5 Combivert Axis Drives series. It is designed to sit inside a control cabinet and translate plant mains into a regulated three-phase output for motor speed control in automated handling, pumping, and positioning systems. Through pulse-width modulation, it produces variable frequency and voltage so a connected machine axis can follow precise velocity or torque commands issued by an external motion controller.
The power section accepts a nominal 230 V three-phase supply. The electronics tolerate a wider band of 180–260 V AC, so the drive can remain functional during moderate line fluctuations. A line frequency of 50/60 Hz is supported without parameter changes, and the front-end current drawn at rated load is 8 A. Plant protection should be provided with a 15 A input fuse. Internally, the unit converts this energy into an output capacity of 1.6 kVA. It can deliver commanded voltage from 0 V up to the incoming phase level, with a maximum of 3 × 255 V, while a microcontroller limits current through an overcurrent trip set at 8.6 A. Recommended incoming and motor leads are 14 AWG conductors. Supply monitoring and fault mapping are processed every digital input scan cycle of 2 ms, and the drive ships in the PM00 configuration without an encoder card.
The output current for continuous operation is 4.0 A, while short-term overloads of up to 7.2 A are permitted for 30 seconds to start high-inertia loads. A low-voltage auxiliary source provides 100 mA at 24 VDC for external sensors. Control flexibility is provided by an analog input range of -10 to +10 VDC with 11-bit resolution and a matching analog output channel. Digital inputs accept 13 to 30 VDC signals. The housing carries an IP20 rating for finger protection inside electrical rooms, and reliable operation is specified from -10 to 45 °C. The unit can be stored between -25 and 70 °C without damage.
