The 07.F5.A1D-2BHA is a single-phase or three-phase axis drive assembled by KEB for the F5 Combivert Axis Drives series. The device works as a power stage that modulates DC link energy into controlled AC output for servo and induction motors used in conveyors, positioning tables, and packaging machines. Within an automation cell, it bridges the motion controller and the machine actuator, providing regulated voltage, current, and feedback processing for closed-loop speed or torque control. It is suited to applications that require repeatable acceleration, deceleration, and stable motor response during changing load conditions.
Electrical capacity includes a nominal output of 0.75 kW, which is the continuous power rating under standard ambient conditions. Peak armature demand is capped at 7.2 A, and the power section switches at 16 kHz, which reduces audible noise and improves current linearity. Incoming mains may be single-phase or three-phase at single-phase or three-phase 230 V AC/DC, so the unit can be connected to different plant supplies. For rapid deceleration, it incorporates an internal braking transistor, and overloads up to 180% of rated current are tolerated for a short duration before current limiting takes effect. A standard board handles control logic, and cooling varnish protects heat-dissipating components from dust.
