The 07.F5.A1A-3E2 is an axis drive module built by KEB and supplied under the F5 Combivert Axis Drives series. It functions as a power stage that adjusts the voltage and frequency applied to a connected motor, allowing production equipment to start, stop, and regulate speed without mechanical throttling. The drive accepts a three-phase 400 V AC supply or a compatible DC link, allowing integration into common cabinet bus systems used for conveyors, packaging stations, and general motion equipment.
The drive supports a continuous motor output of 0.75 kW and draws a continuous line current of 2.6 A under rated load. For dynamic events such as acceleration, the inverter permits a short-term current of 200% of the rated value, with peaks of up to 4.7 A. Electronic protection trips at 240% of the rated current to protect the power semiconductors from excessive current. Pulse-width modulation is produced by an IGBT bridge that switches at a nominal frequency of 8 kHz and can operate at up to 16 kHz when lower acoustic noise or reduced torque ripple is required.
