The 07.F5.S1A-2E2A is a servo axis drive produced by KEB for the F5 Combivert Axis Drives series. The drive accepts either single-phase or three-phase supply lines, allowing builders to use one model in multiple cabinet layouts while retaining the same resolver-based feedback structure.
The control section is designed for a nominal DC bus of 325 VDC, which it derives from a nominal input of 230 VAC. Flexible wiring is possible because the power stage accepts single-phase or three-phase feeds without derating. Continuous motor current is limited to 4 A, which corresponds to a 1.6 kVA drive rating, and the inverter can modulate output frequency up to 1600 Hz for high-speed spindle work. Current is switched at 8 kHz to reduce audible motor noise while keeping semiconductor losses within the allowed thermal limit. A standstill magnetizing current of 4.4 A supports holding torque when the axis is stopped, and the resolver interface continues to provide rotor position feedback during zero-speed operation.
