Product Description:
The 07.F5.C1B-YP00 is an axis drive manufactured by KEB for the F5 Combivert Axis Drives series. It meters power from a DC link to a motor according to commands received from the control system. This operation allows conveyor sections, gantry axes, and winding stations to be synchronized precisely with PLC commands inside an automated cell.
The controller processes two analog reference channels with 12-bit resolution, and the information is refreshed at 2 ms intervals to maintain responsive velocity loops. Two analog inputs and two analog outputs share space with eight digital inputs that accept either PNP or NPN logic, allowing the drive to react to sensor edges without additional interface boards. The 29 control terminals carry these signals to the main printed circuit board. The maximum synthesized output frequency reaches 800 Hz, so the drive can operate high-speed spindles or run-out tables that require wide frequency ranges. Its power electronics support the 400 V supply class used by standard European and North American three-phase power systems. Two relay outputs and two transistor outputs are provided for contactor control, brake release, and status signaling. The encoder feedback card slot remains open when external position feedback is not required.
The housing has form factor code B and an IP20 rating, which protects against accidental finger contact with live parts. An electrical cabinet must provide the necessary protection from dust and liquids. A factory-installed braking transistor directs regenerated energy to an external resistor, allowing shorter deceleration ramps without DC-bus overvoltage trips. The housing measures 220 mm in height and 160 mm in depth, while its 90 mm width helps it fit into densely populated control panels while preserving space for airflow. Mounting lugs and output terminals remain accessible from the front, simplifying wiring and routine access within the cabinet.
