The 00.F5.0C0-0020 interface cable is produced by KEB and belongs to the F5 Combivert Axis Drives series. It is supplied as an accessory for those drives, acting as a temporary link between a personal computer and the drive’s internal control board so that parameters, event logs, and runtime values can be exchanged during installation or maintenance. By exposing a dedicated service channel, the cable allows field engineers to adjust motion profiles, upload firmware, and verify I/O mapping without interrupting production wiring.
At a physical level the assembly measures a cable length of 0.4 m, short enough to minimize signal degradation while keeping the computer close to the control cabinet. Both ends terminate in the proprietary connector that carries the bidirectional serial stream defined by the HSP5 interface.
