Product Description:

The 00.F5.060-H000 is an axis-drive communication module produced by KEB for the F5 Combivert Axis Drives series. Mounted beside the power section, it provides the fieldbus link between the drive and a higher-level machine controller. That role allows coordinated exchange of commands and status data in packaging lines, conveyors, and other process equipment.

The module’s Ethernet Powerlink channel runs at 100 Mbit/s, which removes baud-rate negotiation and supports deterministic timing. Drive responses are available after only 2 µs, helping the PLC maintain fast control updates without stale feedback. Two 2 x RJ45 connectors support simple daisy-chain wiring. Each cycle can transfer up to 8 bytes/direction, which is enough for velocity commands, torque limits, and several status values.

Cycle timing can be tuned for multi-axis synchronization. Command packets are timestamped in increments of 1 µs, matching the DSP402 velocity mode supported by the card. If expected frames do not arrive, the drive waits 4 x Com_Cycle before starting timeout actions. The default receive window is 25 ms, and compatibility with EPL V1 / V2 masters allows use in both legacy and newer Powerlink networks.

Wake Industrial offers a 1-year warranty on every unit and can arrange same-day shipping for time-critical orders. The chat tool available on the website can be used for general questions about type codes, fault codes, or manufacturer details. This communication module is suited to applications that need predictable network timing, fast response, and straightforward integration into existing Ethernet Powerlink drive systems used across compact and larger machines.
