Product Description:
The 14.F0.R11-3429 hardware module is produced by KEB within the F0 Combivert Control Cabinets series. It functions as a cabinet-mounted inverter that takes three-phase line power and delivers controlled variable-frequency output for induction or synchronous motors used in material handling, pumping, and general factory automation. The unit combines control, protection, and low-voltage interface circuits in a 4 kg rack for integration into multi-axis enclosures with centralized cooling and wiring. This layout keeps the drive electronics in one cabinet location and supports coordinated motor control without requiring a separate standalone inverter housing.
The inverter is designed for a three-phase supply at 400 V. Internal bus conditioning supports a continuous output of 7.5 A, which is equivalent to 5.2 kVA at the motor terminals. A maximum programmable frequency of 408 Hz allows oversynchronous operation for high-speed spindles without mechanical gear changes. Upstream protection relies on a 20 A mains fuse, and a separate 0.4 A control-circuit fuse isolates signaling electronics from power disturbances. These values set the electrical operating limits for the drive and the associated switchgear under rated load.
For compact drive applications, the unit can power machines up to 3 kW. It remains suitable for installation heights up to 3000 m and ambient temperatures not exceeding 45 °C. The housing is rated IP20, so the drive should be installed in a clean, ventilated cabinet. Field wiring is supported by terminals that include a +15 V sensor supply at 30 mA, a +10 V reference source at 6 mA, and an open-collector status output of 30 V/30 mA for PLC feedback. Brake control is handled through PA/PB lines to a GTR7 transistor stage, which allows rapid motor stopping without external contactors.
