Product Description:
The 11.F0.R13-0000 is a drive-ready control cabinet assembly manufactured by KEB for the F0 Combivert Control Cabinets series. In automated conveyor, packaging, and process equipment, the unit houses line input protection, output filters, and reference circuits that allow an external inverter to energize an AC motor. By concentrating power conversion support, protective disconnects, and low-level signal generation in a single enclosure, it simplifies installation, reduces wiring errors, and maintains consistent electrical conditions across distributed motion stations. The cabinet is intended to serve as a prepared power interface, so the external inverter receives its protective and reference connections from one enclosed assembly. This arrangement supports orderly integration in machinery where separate loose components would otherwise require additional panel wiring.
Electrically, the cabinet carries a protection class of IP20, so it must be mounted in clean indoor locations. It accepts a three-phase supply, and a factory-installed mains fuse rated at 20 A protects the 3 line phases. When the drive is fully loaded, the output bus can provide 7.5 A of current, corresponding to an apparent power of 5.2 kVA. Internal terminals accommodate wire cross sections down to 2.5 mm², and open-collector status outputs tolerate up to 30 V while sinking 30 mA. For analog speed reference, the cabinet sources 10 V and reads back a 6 mA reference loop. Side clearance of 50 mm and top and bottom clearance of 100 mm are required to maintain airflow around heat-producing components.
The assembly can deliver up to 3 kW of motor power before thermal derating applies. Continuous operation is allowed up to an installation height of 3000 m, and above that point the available output is reduced by 1% / 100 m. Relative humidity may reach 95% without condensation, which supports use in humid production areas. Reduced air density at higher elevations lowers cooling effectiveness, so gradual output reduction is necessary as altitude increases. If ambient temperature or altitude exceed the stated window, the driven load must be reduced so current, temperature rise, and fuse ratings remain within limits.
