Product Description:
The 11.F0.R11-4A09 is an enclosed drive module produced by KEB for the F0 Combivert Control Cabinets series. The unit houses power electronics and control circuitry needed to operate induction or synchronous motors in automated machinery. By converting fixed-frequency mains energy into a regulated output, it allows speed and torque adjustments that match process demands while keeping the drive, protection, and auxiliary supply components in a single cabinet format. Its enclosed layout also keeps the power conversion and control functions together in one assembly for cabinet-based machine installations.
The cabinet delivers a continuous output of 7.5 A, corresponding to a rated apparent power of 5.2 kVA. Connected motors may draw up to 3 kW of mechanical output, and the semiconductor bridge is protected on the line side by a 20 A maximum mains fuse; an intermediate-circuit fuse of the same rating and a 0.4 A control fuse provide additional segmentation. Output terminals accept conductors down to a minimum cross-section of 2.5 mm², and bus voltage for external potentiometers is supplied through a stabilized +15 VDC 30 mA auxiliary source. These electrical limits affect cable sizing, branch-circuit protection, and the available load for external speed-setting devices when the cabinet is integrated into a larger control panel.
Environmental tolerances support installation at elevations to 3000 m and ambient humidity up to 95% RH without condensation. The inverter operates from -10 °C to +45 °C, while storage is permissible between -25 °C and +70 °C. A cabinet rating of IP20 indicates finger-safe access yet requires placement inside a ventilated enclosure for exposure to dust or water. Command electronics provide a precision reference of +10 VDC 6 mA for speed-setting devices, which helps keep loop scaling independent of external supply variation. This arrangement suits indoor control cabinets where airflow and protection from contaminants are handled by the surrounding enclosure.
