Product Description:
The 10.F0.R13-4B09 is a factory-assembled drive control cabinet produced by KEB within the F0 Combivert Control Cabinets series. Intended for integration into multi-axis machinery lines, the unit houses power electronics and protective components that condition three-phase mains power for an attached motor. By combining fusing, filtering, and thermal management in a single enclosure, the cabinet simplifies installation and supplies regulated output energy to induction or synchronous motors used in conveyors, pumps, and general automation stations.
The electrical interface uses a rated mains supply of 400 V across three input phases, and the internal inverter converts that input to a controlled output of 5.8 A at nominal load. This output current corresponds to an apparent power capability of 4.0 kVA, making the cabinet suitable for medium-sized motion axes. Overcurrent and short-circuit protection are provided by a control fuse rated at 0.4 A on the logic section and an intermediate circuit fuse rated at 16 A on the DC link, while an additional 10 A mains fuse protects the cabinet at the plant distribution board. Field wiring must use conductors no smaller than 1.5 mm², and the enclosure is mounted vertically with 50 mm of side clearance and 100 mm of free space above and below to maintain airflow.
The cabinet dissipates 75 W of heat continuously, so surrounding ventilation must remove that heat to avoid derating. The enclosure is rated IP20, and the cabinet can drive motors up to 2.2 kW while staying within its component temperature limits. Operation is permitted at installation altitudes up to 3,000 m, and humidity may reach 95 % without condensation. The IP20 enclosure provides finger-safe access but does not protect against moisture, so the cabinet is intended for clean switchgear rooms.
