Product Description:
The 10.F0.R13-4009 is a control cabinet assembled by KEB for the F0 Combivert Control Cabinets series. It integrates power electronics, fusing, and low-level signal terminals so that a single enclosure can manage small induction or synchronous motors in automated machines. By combining line-side protection, DC-link conditioning, and drive outputs, it delivers regulated energy to connected motors while shielding upstream supplies from fault currents common in industrial automation.
The cabinet delivers a rated output current of 5.8 A, translating to a continuous apparent power of 4.0 kVA. When matched with suitable drives, this capacity supports motors up to 2.2 kW without derating. Internal switching at 4 kHz dissipates only 75 W as heat, which helps determine the ventilation required for the control panel. The housing carries an IP20 protection class, permitting installation inside larger switchboards where dust and accidental contact must be limited but liquid spray is absent. Three coordinated fuses protect the electrical paths: a 10 A mains fuse on the input, a 16 A intermediate fuse on the DC link, and a 0.4 A control fuse for the logic supply. Power terminals accept conductors up to 1.5 mm², keeping wiring compact in space-constrained panels.
For reference signals, the cabinet sources a stabilized 10 V output that can be loaded to 6 mA, allowing external potentiometers or PLC analog cards to set speed. Digital commands are handled by an open-collector interface rated for 30 V and up to 30 mA, while transistor feedback from the cabinet can switch the same current in the opposite direction. An auxiliary supply provides 30 mA at 15 V, which is useful for sensors or status LEDs that share the enclosure. With a weight of 4 kg, the unit mounts easily on standard backplates and places minimal load on enclosure hinges or DIN rails.
