Product Description:
The 10.F0.R11-M429 control cabinet is produced by KEB and belongs to the F0 Combivert Control Cabinets series. It is a cabinet-mounted variable-frequency inverter. It conditions utility power and feeds adjustable AC to induction motors used in material transport, packaging, and other automated equipment where panel space is limited and integrated drive electronics are preferred.
This unit accepts a three-phase rated mains voltage of 400 V and is protected upstream by a 10 A mains fuse. Its power section can deliver a continuous output current of 5.8 A, translating to a rated apparent power of 4.0 kVA. Motor speed regulation is possible up to a maximum output frequency of 408 Hz, allowing high-pole motors to reach elevated shaft speeds. The analog reference channel works with a 10 V signal and limits source loading to 6 mA, so standard PLC analog cards can drive the setpoint without additional buffering. Three line phases are connected through terminals that accept 1.5 mm² conductors, and the recommended clearances of 50 mm at each side and 100 mm above and below help maintain unobstructed cooling airflow inside crowded panels.
The drive supports motor ratings up to 2.2 kW while dissipating only 75 W of heat at a 4 kHz switching frequency, permitting installation in cabinets with limited thermal headroom. An enclosure protection rating of IP20 makes it suitable for dry, filtered interiors, and reliable operation is maintained in atmospheres with a maximum relative humidity of 95% non-condensing. Functional altitude is specified to 3000 m, allowing placement in elevated facilities without derating. Under those operating conditions, the inverter can run across its speed range while maintaining internal temperature control.
