The 10.F0.R01-4009 belongs to the F0 Combivert Control Cabinets series manufactured by KEB. This cabinet integrates an inverter stage, protective devices, and control electronics into a single enclosure intended for mounting inside factory equipment. Within an automation line it converts fixed-frequency three-phase mains power into a regulated output so that induction or synchronous motors can be matched to the required torque and speed profiles of conveyors, pumps, or processing machines. By housing the drive circuitry and auxiliaries together, the unit reduces panel wiring and simplifies compliance with safety fusing standards.
Incoming supply is a three-phase network at 400 V. The cabinet routes this feed through a maximum mains fuse of 10 A and an intermediate DC link fuse of 16 A, while a 0.4 A miniature fuse protects the internal control circuit. The inverter section delivers a continuous current of 5.8 A and can supply up to 4.0 kVA to the connected machine motor. Output frequency is adjustable from zero up to 408 Hz, enabling oversynchronous operation when required. Conductors no smaller than 1.5 mm² must be used on the power terminals to meet thermal limits, and the enclosure carries a IP20 protection rating that is adequate for installation inside a closed electrical panel.
The drive can operate a motor rated up to 2.2 kW, provided environmental limits are observed. Internally, it releases 75 W of heat that must be extracted by cabinet airflow to keep component temperatures within specification. Continuous service is permitted between -10 °C and 45 °C, at relative humidity levels not exceeding 95% non-condensing. Above 1000 m altitude derating applies, with operation possible up to the stated ceiling of 3000 m.
