Product Description:
The 10.F0.200-3429 control cabinet is built by KEB within the F0 Combivert Control Cabinets series. Designed as a variable-frequency inverter cabinet, it regulates power to three-phase induction or synchronous motors used in conveyors, pumps, and other industrial axes. By integrating switching, protection, and drive electronics in one enclosure, the unit delivers precise speed and torque control while simplifying field wiring inside automation cells. It serves as the interface between plant mains and individual drives, adapting fixed mains voltage to a programmable output that supports closed-loop or open-loop motor regulation across a wide load range.
The cabinet operates on a 3-phase supply and produces a rated output current of 5.8 A with a continuous apparent power of 4.0 kVA. A permissible motor power of 2.2 kW aligns the drive with small to medium frames, while a maximum output frequency of 408 Hz supports high-speed spindles or blowers. Protection is staged: a 10 A mains fuse limits incoming fault energy, a 16 A intermediate fuse isolates the DC link, and a 0.4 A control fuse safeguards logic circuits. Wiring to the terminals must use conductors no smaller than 1.5 mm² so that conductor temperature rise remains within design limits.
Environmental and installation factors complete the rating profile. The electronics function from -10 °C up to 45 °C when relative humidity stays below 95% and the installation altitude does not exceed 3000 m. An IP20 housing shields internal parts from direct contact and large debris, and the drive must be mounted inside a protected cabinet. Adequate convection is maintained by leaving 50 mm clearance on each side and 100 mm above and below the enclosure. These gaps allow internal fans and heat sinks to discharge thermal energy steadily during continuous duty without requiring external cooling aids.
