Product Description:
The 10.F0-R01-0000 control cabinet is manufactured by KEB as part of the F0 Combivert Control Cabinets series. This pre-engineered enclosure combines a mains rectifier, an intermediate DC link, and an inverter stage, allowing three-phase induction motors in conveyor, pump, or fan applications to be started, stopped, and speed-regulated from a single package. Protective fuses and control circuitry are installed inside the cabinet, reducing the panel space normally required for separate drive components. This integrated arrangement also simplifies power and control connections in industrial automation systems.
The cabinet connects to a three-phase mains supply at 400 V, and its power stage provides a continuous output current of 5.8 A. The drive supplies 4.0 kVA of apparent power under rated operating conditions and can run motors with outputs up to 2.2 kW without derating. Upstream protection is provided by a 10 A mains fuse, while separate 16 A intermediate-circuit and 0.4 A control-circuit fuses isolate faults in their respective circuits. When the switching frequency is set to 4 kHz, the inverter produces thermal losses of 75 W, which must be considered when selecting cabinet ventilation or heat sink capacity. Power terminals accept conductors with cross-sectional areas as small as 1.5 mm², allowing the use of common industrial wiring.
The enclosure has an IP20 protection rating, which guards against accidental contact with hazardous internal parts but requires installation in a clean, dry location. Operation is permitted at elevations up to 3000 m when the ambient temperature does not exceed 45 °C. The minimum startup temperature is -10 °C, allowing use in unheated indoor installations within that limit. The cabinet tolerates relative humidity up to 95 percent when condensation is prevented. Its mass is 4 kg, which allows secure mounting on standard cabinet backplates without requiring unusually heavy support hardware. Adequate ventilation must be maintained around the enclosure so heat can escape and the internal electronics remain within their permitted operating temperature range.
