Product Description:
The 09.F0.R31.3429 is an enclosed variable-frequency drive cabinet manufactured by KEB and supplied through the F0 Combivert Control Cabinets series. It integrates rectifier, DC-link, and inverter stages to convert fixed utility power into a programmable three-phase output that regulates motor speed and torque. By placing all power and control electronics in one cabinet, the unit streamlines installation in automated conveyors, pumps, and general material-handling equipment where electronic speed control replaces mechanical throttling.
The unit connects to a three-phase supply. Nominal mains voltages of 380, 400, 415, 440, or 460 V are accepted, and the electronics remain functional within an input range of 305 to 500 V. A frequency tolerance of 50/60 ±2 Hz allows the same cabinet to operate on European or North American grids. Upstream protection is provided by a 10 A mains fuse that limits fault energy. The inverter supports a connected motor rating of 1.5 kW and produces output frequencies from 0 to 408 Hz. This range accommodates energy-saving low-speed operation and controlled operation above the motor’s nominal frequency when required by the application. The output voltage varies from 0 V to the incoming line voltage.
Under continuous duty, the cabinet can deliver 4.1 A per phase, corresponding to a rated apparent power of 2.8 kVA. For cyclic loads, it permits 151 to 200 percent current for 30 seconds, 131 to 150 percent for two minutes, and 111 to 130 percent for five minutes before returning to the continuous thermal limit. These overload intervals support temporary increases in torque during acceleration or changing process loads without requiring continuous operation above the rated current. Power terminals accept copper conductors with a cross-sectional area of up to 1.5 mm², accommodating branch-circuit wiring suitable for this drive cabinet.
