Internal Product Review
The 09.F0.R11-4A09 is a KEB F0 Combivert control cabinet rated for 400 V mains and 4.1 A output current. IP20 protection and a 408 Hz maximum output frequency make the unit a strong fit for controlled motor applications in enclosed industrial panels. Clean electrical margins from a 380 V undervoltage trip to an 800 V overvoltage trip support dependable drive performance.

Product Description:
The 09.F0.R11-4A09 is a drive controller cabinet assembled by KEB within the F0 Combivert Control Cabinets series. It houses power electronics that convert fixed three-phase mains power into a variable-frequency output, allowing speed regulation of small induction motors in automated process lines. By packaging inverter stages, protection circuitry, and cooling components in a single enclosure, the unit simplifies installation in machine frames and supports decentralized motor control.
The incoming three-phase supply is rated at 400 V, and the cabinet can deliver a continuous line current of 4.1 A to the motor terminals, matching a rated apparent power of 2.8 kVA. During operation, the semiconductor stack dissipates 65 W, so panel ventilation must remove this heat to keep internal parts below the overheat trip point. The inverter can modulate the output up to 408 Hz, providing enough frequency range for high-speed spindles. To guard the DC link, an overvoltage threshold of 800 V opens the control path, while an undervoltage limit of 380 V prevents loss of torque. Protection continues on the AC side with a 0.4 A time-delay control fuse, a 10 A fast intermediate fuse, and a coordinating 10 A mains fuse that isolates the entire cabinet.
The connected motor is limited to a maximum shaft load of 1.5 kW; a larger cabinet is required for loads above that value. The housing has an ingress protection rating of IP20, so it must be mounted inside a closed machine cabinet while remaining accessible for service. All components remain within their operating limits at installation altitudes up to 3000 m and relative humidity levels as high as 95%, provided condensation is avoided. Thermal monitoring disconnects the drive if the internal heat sink reaches 70 °C. Wiring must use conductors with a cross-sectional area of at least 1.5 mm² to satisfy current-density requirements and ensure that the intermediate bus fuses clear correctly.
