Product Description:
The 09.F0.R11-3429 control cabinet is produced by KEB as part of the F0 Combivert Control Cabinets series. The unit integrates a line filter, inverter, and protective circuitry in a single enclosure to control small three-phase motors used in automated conveyors, packaging lines, and general machinery. By varying the applied output frequency, it provides accurate speed regulation while helping protect connected equipment from overcurrent and line disturbances. The integrated line filter also helps reduce conducted interference before power reaches the inverter stage.
This cabinet draws power from a three-phase mains network and provides a rated output of 2.8 kVA, which is suitable for drives up to 1.5 kW. Its inverter section can generate output frequencies as high as 408 Hz, supporting applications that require elevated motor speed. A 0.4 A time-lag control fuse protects the electronics from transient surges. The housing has a protection rating of IP20, so the unit must be installed inside a larger panel with controlled airflow. Over-temperature monitoring trips at 70 °C to limit thermal stress, and the three-phase input helps balance loading across the supply. Components tolerate storage temperatures up to 70 °C without performance loss.
The drive cabinet operates between −10 °C and 45 °C ambient and survives storage down to −25 °C. Full performance is maintained at elevations up to 3000 m. Relative humidity may rise to 95% RH as long as condensation is avoided, allowing use in humid production areas. Mechanical installation is straightforward because the assembly weighs only 3 kg, which keeps the load low on mounting surfaces inside an enclosure. This compact cabinet format is suitable for machine panels where space is limited and airflow still needs to be managed.
