Product Description:
The 09.F0.R03-4B19 rack is a motor-drive power module manufactured by KEB as part of the F0 Combivert Control Cabinets series. It conditions incoming three-phase power and distributes controlled voltage and reference signals to connected inverters, allowing coordinated speed adjustment in small industrial drives. By integrating supply supervision, fusing, and signal interfaces inside a compact enclosure, the device simplifies cabinet layouts in automated conveyors, mixers, and auxiliary machine axes, and it is intended for wall mounting within a larger control cabinet.
At the power stage, the rack delivers a continuous output of 2.8 kVA, which is suitable for feeding motors up to 1.5 kW without external transformers. Circuit protection is handled by a 0.4 A time-lag control fuse that tolerates inrush current while interrupting prolonged overloads on the logic side. All internal electronics are supplied with 15 VDC, which helps isolate the control loops from mains disturbances. The cabinet has an IP20 rating, which provides finger-safe openings but no sealing against dust ingress or dripping water. Because of that housing type, the module is intended for installation inside an enclosure that provides additional protection from the surrounding environment.
For physical installation, the module may be mounted at elevations up to 3000 m above sea level, with output derated by 1% per 100 m once 1000 m is exceeded. Adequate airflow requires clearance of 100 mm above and below, 50 mm at each side, and 50 mm in front of the enclosure, while the 3 kg rack mass places only a light load on panel structures. Reference channels include a primary analog current input resistance of 500 Ω and a secondary voltage input resistance of 56 kΩ, while a separate 250 Ω path supports an additional current source. Separate current and voltage input paths help connected command sources remain stable without excessive loading. A 0.5 W potentiometer supply is also available for local speed trimming.
