Product Description:
The 09.F0.R01-4A08 belongs to the F0 Combivert Control Cabinets series produced by KEB. This cabinet integrates power electronics and control interfaces in one enclosure so that a matched drive can be installed quickly on a machine frame without a separate control box. In an automation line, it provides the regulated power and signaling needed to start, stop, and modulate small AC motors from a central low-voltage control section. Its enclosed layout also keeps drive-related connections grouped in one location for compact machine integration.
An ingress rating of IP20 limits dust entry and helps prevent accidental contact with live parts. The integrated inverter stage can feed motors up to 1.5 kW, a range suited to light conveyors and feed pumps. Full output is available while ambient temperature stays below 45 °C, and the unit will still start equipment in spaces that drop to -10 °C. Operation is allowed up to 3000 m altitude, where reduced air density makes heat removal more difficult, and required clearances of 50 mm on each side and 100 mm above and below preserve airflow. Relative humidity may rise to 95% without condensation, and a 0.4 A control fuse isolates the logic supply if a short occurs.
A power throughput of 2.8 kVA aligns the main bus with typical three-phase service for machines in this power class. For auxiliary electronics, a tap delivers 15 V / 30 mA Max, while reference circuits can draw 10 V / 6 mA Max for potentiometers or speed setpoints. Digital status lines drive external opto-couplers or relays through an open-collector stage rated at 30 V / 30 mA Max. These low-energy outputs minimize wiring complexity and let sensors share the cabinet ground network. Separate low-voltage taps and status outputs also support reference devices and simple interface circuits without requiring an added auxiliary supply module.
