Product Description:
The 09.F0.R01-3279 is a drive-control cabinet manufactured by KEB for the F0 Combivert Control Cabinets series. Installed between the plant supply and downstream inverters, the enclosure routes reference signals, houses protective components, and provides terminal space for controlling induction or servo motors on automated production lines. Its cabinet format keeps control wiring and protection components together while allowing connections to plant power, external controllers, and compatible motor drives. The unit is intended for installation within an industrial panel where its terminals and internal electronics remain protected from unsuitable operating conditions.
The unit has an IP20 protection rating, so it must be installed inside another enclosure when dust, splashing liquids, or similar contaminants are present. It operates from -10 °C to +45 °C, accommodating the temperatures found on many factory floors without supplementary heating or cooling. Relative humidity can reach 95 % without condensation, while the permitted operating altitude extends to 3000 m. Operation above that altitude requires derating because thinner air reduces the transfer of heat from internal components. The voltage-reference input has an impedance of 56 kΩ, which minimizes loading on analog outputs from connected process controllers. The current-reference channel has a resistance of 500 Ω and supports a simple 20 mA control loop. A reference potentiometer can be connected directly to the board, but its power dissipation must not exceed 0.5 W to prevent the resistive track from overheating.
The cabinet has a total mass of 3 kg, making it suitable for installation in standard control-panel assemblies without requiring substantial structural support. Input protection is provided by a 0.4 A time-delay control fuse, which tolerates brief inrush current but opens during a sustained electrical fault. The installation must provide 50 mm of lateral clearance and 100 mm of vertical clearance so natural airflow can remove waste heat from the heat sink fins. During storage or transportation, the cabinet can remain within a temperature range of -25 °C to +70 °C. Humidity during storage and transportation must stay within the same noncondensing limit permitted during operation. The required clearances should remain unobstructed after mounting so that airflow around the enclosure is not restricted.
