Thermal monitoring disconnects the drive when the board temperature reaches 70 °C, while a control-circuit fuse rated at 0.4 A isolates low-voltage auxiliary circuits from faults. During brownouts, the unit maintains the gate drive for up to 40 ms, allowing the application to coast rather than stop abruptly. Operation is permitted at altitudes up to 3000 m and at ambient humidity levels up to 95 %, provided that condensation does not occur. Protective monitoring shuts down the power stage if operating conditions exceed the permitted limits. The specified mounting orientation and clearances help prevent heat from accumulating around the enclosure during continuous operation.
