Product Description:
The 09.F0.201-3479 is a variable-speed drive control cabinet produced by KEB within the F0 Combivert Control Cabinets series. Designed to house the electronics that convert fixed mains power into regulated three-phase output, the unit manages small induction or synchronous motors in conveyor sections, pumps, and general factory automation. By integrating protective monitoring and thermal handling, the cabinet provides a compact interface between the plant supply network and field actuators, allowing parameterized speed regulation without external converters.
The power section accepts a single-phase supply between 180 V AC and 264 V AC; this range permits operation on globally common 200–240 V networks without transformer adaptation. Internally, the DC link is supervised for undervoltage at 250 V and overvoltage at 400 V to protect semiconductor stages. When delivering its rated torque, the inverter can provide 7.0 A of output current, translating to a continuous apparent power capability of 2.8 kVA. Motor speed is synthesized by the PWM stage up to 408 Hz, so four-pole machines can exceed 12 000 rpm when required. A 20 A mains fuse limits fault energy, and 70 W of heat must be removed at a 4 kHz switching frequency. Copper conductors up to 2.5 mm² fit the power terminals.
The enclosure carries an IP20 rating, so it is intended for mounting inside a protected cabinet rather than on open machinery. For shaft-mounted loads, the drive can control motors up to 1.5 kW while maintaining thermal limits, provided ambient temperature remains within the –10 °C to 45 °C operating window. If the internal heat sink rises to the 70 °C trip point, the output is disabled until cooling resumes. Altitude capability extends to 3000 m above sea level, allowing deployment in elevated facilities without current derating.
