Internal Product Review
The 09.F0.200-3429 is a KEB F0 Combivert control cabinet that stands out for clean drive integration, with IP20 protection and a 7.0 A rated output current. Thermal performance is well managed in industrial panels through 70 W heat dissipation at 4 kHz and a 45 °C maximum ambient temperature. A 408 Hz maximum output frequency makes this unit a strong choice for responsive motor control.

Product Description:
KEB manufactures the 09.F0.200-3429 control assembly within its F0 Combivert Control Cabinets series. Intended for fixed installation in equipment rooms and machine frames, the cabinet integrates an inverter stage, protective fusing, and monitoring circuits so that production lines can regulate three-phase motor speed and torque from a single enclosure. By combining the drive electronics with factory-wired safety components, it simplifies setup and provides a central location for parameter adjustment and fault indication in industrial automation cells. The enclosure accepts line power, conditions it through an intermediate DC link, and then supplies variable-frequency output to connected motors.
The unit provides a continuous output of 2.8 kVA at 7.0 A. The drive can generate carrier frequencies up to 4 kHz, and at that setting it releases 70 W of heat that panel ventilation must remove. For high-speed axes, it delivers output frequencies up to 408 Hz and supports motors rated to 1.5 kW. Link protection trips the unit above 400 VDC or below 250 VDC. Supply-side protection includes a 20 A mains fuse, a 16 A fast intermediate-circuit fuse, and a 0.4 A time-lag fuse for the control circuit. Field wiring must use conductors of at least 2.5 mm² to carry the rated current safely.
The housing is rated IP20, which helps prevent accidental contact while leaving the interior unsealed against dust. The cabinet can operate in ambient temperatures up to 45 °C with relative humidity up to 95 %. Installation is permitted at altitudes up to 3000 m without output derating. A board-mounted sensor trips the unit when PCB temperature reaches 70 °C, helping protect semiconductors if airflow is restricted. These operating limits should be considered when planning cabinet spacing, airflow, and the installation location.
