The 07.F0.R01-0000 unit belongs to the F0 Combivert Control Cabinets series from KEB. It is a single-phase drive cabinet intended to regulate small induction or synchronous motors in factory automation, including conveyors, feeders, and other compact machine functions. By converting the incoming mains supply into a variable voltage and frequency output, the cabinet allows precise speed, torque, and start-up control without relying on mechanical starters or fixed-speed motor operation.
The electrical layout uses a single-phase input, which makes the cabinet suitable for installations where a standard supply is available. The drive accepts a rated mains voltage of 230 V and protects that circuit with a 0.4 A control fuse, a 10 A intermediate fuse, and an external 20 A mains fuse that may be mounted in the feeder panel. At the output side, it delivers a rated current of 4.5 A, which corresponds to a continuous apparent power of 1.8 kVA. For dynamic applications, it can raise the inverter carrier to a maximum output frequency of 408 Hz, supporting motors up to 0.75 kW. Reference and monitoring signals are available through a 10 VDC, 6 mA analog output and a 30 VDC open-collector output rated at 30 mA for fault or speed feedback to a PLC.
Thermal and installation limits are also important for proper operation. Internal switching losses appear as heat dissipation of 65 W, so cabinet airflow must remove this load while maintaining the IP20 enclosure rating. The rack weighs 3 kg and can be installed up to 3000 m above sea level without derating, provided power wiring uses the specified cross-section of 2.5 mm² to limit conductor temperature rise.
