Product Description:
The 07.F0.200 is a drive controller cabinet produced by KEB within the F0 Combivert Control Cabinets series. Designed for integration in small-scale automation lines, the unit conditions line power, generates a variable DC bus, and provides reference signals that command attached inverters or motor starters. By housing protection and auxiliary supplies in a compact enclosure, it simplifies panel wiring and supports precise speed and torque regulation for fractional-kilowatt induction or synchronous machines used on conveyors, pumps, or positioning axes. This arrangement also lets connected control hardware receive stable low-voltage command signals from a single cabinet.
Its main output stage is rated for 4.5 A and can supply single-phase or three-phase power up to 1.8 kVA, permitting motor connections up to 0.75 kW. Overcurrent protection is coordinated through a 20 A mains fuse and a 0.4 A control-circuit fuse, so fault energy remains localized. The internal DC link is monitored, and an overvoltage threshold at 400 VDC and an undervoltage floor at 250 VDC cause the unit to shut down to protect semiconductors. For low-level command loops, the cabinet provides a reference output of +10 V at 6 mA and an auxiliary supply of +15 V at 30 mA, allowing tachometers, potentiometers, or PLC inputs to set speed references without external supplies.
The controller can operate at altitudes up to 3000 m and at relative humidity as high as 95% without condensation. An internal sensor forces a stop when heat-sink temperature reaches 70 °C, which helps protect internal components from excessive thermal stress. Convection cooling is supported by the required vertical clearance above and below the cabinet, so airflow can move heat away during continuous operation. The enclosure has an IP20 rating, so it must be installed inside a filtered panel that shields it from airborne dust and accidental contact. Proper spacing around the housing helps maintain stable operation during extended use.
