Product Description:
The 07.F0.086-0029 control cabinet is manufactured by KEB and belongs to the F0 Combivert Control Cabinets series. It houses the power electronics and protective devices that condition three-phase mains power for low-power motors used in conveyors, dosing pumps, and positioning axes. By combining line protection, intermediate energy storage, and an integrated inverter section inside a single enclosure, the unit simplifies installation in control rooms and machine frames where compact motor speed regulation is required.
A dedicated control section is safeguarded by a 0.4 A fuse, while the DC link is protected by a 10 A intermediate circuit fuse that interrupts overcurrent events between the rectifier and the output stage. Upstream wiring can be coordinated with a maximum mains fuse of 20 A, and branch conductors must have a cross-sectional area of at least 2.5 mm². During continuous operation, the inverter delivers a rated output current of 4.5 A and an apparent power output of 1.8 kVA, making it suitable for low-power machinery. All components are mounted vertically to maintain the required airflow. A clearance of 50 mm must be maintained at the front and sides, while 100 mm must remain open above and below the chassis so natural convection can remove switching heat without auxiliary fans.
The motor side can accept loads up to 0.75 kW and modulate shaft speed with carrier frequencies as high as 408 Hz. The housing has an IP20 protection class, preventing objects larger than 12.5 mm from entering while requiring installation in a dry, protected cabinet. The maximum operating altitude is 3000 m; above that height, continuous power must be reduced by 1% for every additional 100 m in accordance with the applicable power derating curve. Operation is permitted at a relative humidity of up to 95%, provided that condensation does not occur. The cabinet must remain vertical, and the required clearances must be maintained to support airflow and prevent moisture accumulation.
