Product Description:
The FC-102P75KT4E20H1XGXXXXSXXXXAXBX is a variable-frequency drive produced by Danfoss for the VLT FC 102 HVAC Drives series. Designed for building automation, it modulates induction motor speed so fan and pump systems can respond to real-time heating, cooling, and ventilation demand. Adjusting motor speed to match demand can reduce unnecessary energy use and mechanical stress compared with continuous full-speed operation. The drive can control equipment such as large air-handling units, cooling-tower fans, circulation pumps, and chilled-water pumps. Its internal series identifier is 102, which places the unit within the VLT HVAC Drive product group.
The drive delivers a continuous output of 75 kW, equivalent to 100 HP, for high-capacity HVAC equipment. Its input section accepts 380–480 VAC from the plant supply and uses three-phase power. This electrical arrangement allows direct connection to compatible industrial distribution systems without external phase conversion. An IP20 chassis enclosure guards against accidental contact with live components when the drive is installed inside a suitable cabinet. The chassis supports the normal cabinet mounting arrangements used for the applicable A, B, or C frame design. The drive does not include a brake chopper, so an internal braking resistor cannot be used to dissipate regenerative energy. Optional mains, A, and B hardware are not installed.
Drive configuration and operating information are accessed through the front-mounted graphical local control panel. Its display provides parameter menus and status information, while the Standard Language Pack supports multilingual menu navigation. Power and I/O conductors pass through standard cable entries, allowing organized routing into the cabinet. The installed electromagnetic interference filter is rated RFI Class A1/B (C1) for connection to compatible residential, commercial, and light-industrial power networks. The unit is intended for indoor use and should be housed in a ventilated electrical room or control cabinet that provides suitable protection from moisture and airborne contaminants. Its uncoated printed circuit boards are appropriate for clean indoor locations where conductive dust, condensation, corrosive gases, and chemical vapors are controlled.
