Product Description:
The FC-102P55KT4E20H1XGXXXXSXXXX is an AC variable-frequency drive produced by Danfoss for the VLT FC 102 HVAC Drives series. It regulates motor speed so ventilation, cooling, and pumping equipment can respond to actual building demand instead of operating continuously at a fixed frequency. Variable-speed operation can reduce energy consumption and mechanical stress in air-handling units, cooling towers, chilled-water systems, and similar automated installations. The drive can also adjust motor output as pressure, temperature, or flow requirements change throughout the operating cycle.
The drive delivers up to 55 kW of continuous electrical output for connected HVAC motors. It accepts a 380–480 VAC supply and operates with three-phase power, allowing direct connection to common industrial mains within that voltage range. Standard cabinet mounting is supported across compatible A, B, or C frames, providing installation options for different enclosure layouts. The standard configuration uses regular cable openings without a special entry adaptation. The drive does not include a brake chopper, so any required dynamic braking equipment must be provided separately. Its power boards use an uncoated printed circuit board intended for clean, dry indoor cabinets where conformal protection is unnecessary. Additional mains accessories, such as line-side contactors or disconnects, are not integrated and must be installed externally when the application requires them.
The unit has an IP20 chassis enclosure that restricts access to live components while permitting airflow inside a suitable electrical cabinet. Conducted emissions are attenuated by the built-in RFI Class A1/B (C1) filter, supporting installations that require controlled electromagnetic emissions. Operators interact with the drive through a graphical local control panel, which displays setpoints, operating values, alarms, and trend information without requiring a separate display device. Power and control wiring pass through standard cable entries, keeping routing straightforward in conventional cabinet layouts. The Standard Language Pack provides the supported interface languages for local operation and parameter access.
