Within an air-handling unit or chilled-water pump station, the drive modulates induction motor speed so that flow or pressure tracks real-time demand rather than remaining at full mains frequency. By adjusting output frequency, torque, and current, it reduces electrical consumption and mechanical wear in the ventilation and hydronic circuits used in building automation.
This model delivers up to 60 HP of mechanical output, a level that matches medium-sized supply fans or primary pumps. The inverter section is rated at 45 kW, indicating the continuous electrical power that can be supplied to the motor terminals without derating.
