Product Description:
The FC-102P37KT4E20H1XGXXXXSXXXX is a variable-frequency drive manufactured by Danfoss for the VLT FC 102 HVAC Drives series. It converts fixed-frequency input power into a modulated output for controlling fans, pumps, and compressors in commercial and industrial HVAC installations. Building automation systems can adjust motor speed in response to real-time demand, reducing energy consumption and mechanical stress during partial-load operation.
The drive supplies up to 37 kW, equal to 50 hp, at the connected motor. It accepts 380 – 480 VAC from a three-phase power supply, making it suitable for common 400-volt electrical networks. An integrated RFI Class A1/B (C1) filter limits conducted electrical emissions that could interfere with nearby equipment. The open-style housing has an IP20 protection rating, which prevents accidental finger contact with internal components but requires installation inside a suitable enclosure. The drive does not include a brake chopper, so overhauling loads must dissipate regenerative energy through external equipment. Its printed circuit board does not have a protective coating and should therefore be installed in clean, dry switchgear cabinets away from corrosive contaminants.
Field wiring passes through standard cable entries, simplifying cable-gland selection and routing within the cabinet. Normal cabinet mounting is supported on A, B, or C frames, allowing the drive to fit the applicable enclosure arrangement. The unit does not include a mains option, so upstream disconnecting and overcurrent protection devices must be provided separately. A graphical local control panel provides access to operating data and adjustable parameters directly at the drive. Adaptation B is set to no adaptation, leaving the base input and output arrangement unchanged. Multilingual menus are available through the standard language pack, allowing operators to view settings and status information in supported languages.
