Product Description:
The FC-102P22KT4P20H2XGXXXXSXXXXAXBXCXXXXDX is an AC variable-frequency drive manufactured by Danfoss for the VLT FC 102 HVAC Drives series. It is intended to modulate the speed of centrifugal fans, pumps, and compressors in building automation, allowing energy use to match real-time heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning demand instead of forcing connected motors to run at full speed continuously. By converting fixed-frequency mains into a pulse-width-modulated output, the unit supplies regulated torque to induction motors and supports stable motor control in air-handling, chilled-water, and similar mechanical room applications that benefit from adjustable speed.
This model delivers a nominal shaft output of 30 HP, which corresponds to a continuous electrical rating of 22 kW for connected motor loads. It accepts a mains window of 380–480 VAC on a three-phase power supply, so it can be wired directly to common industrial feeders without phase conversion or a separate input transformer. An integrated RFI filter attenuates conducted emissions to help meet EMC requirements and reduce electrical noise returning to the supply. Dynamic braking energy is not dissipated internally because the unit has no brake chopper, so stopping behavior must rely on the connected system and upstream control hardware. The PCB is not coated, so the enclosure should limit dust, condensation, and other contamination around the electronics.
User interaction is provided through a graphical local control panel that supports local parameter editing and trend viewing, making routine setup and status checks available at the drive. The drive uses standard cable entries, with Adaptation A set to standard entries and Adaptation B set to no adaptation, so additional gland hardware is not required for the base configuration. It includes the Standard Language Pack and latest release standard software for standard operation across the series. No A or B options, no C-option software, and no mains disconnect are included, and optional C0, C1, D, and mains plug-in modules are also omitted.
