Product Description:
The FC-102P1K1T4P55H1TGX1OXSXXXXAXBK is an AC variable-frequency drive produced by Danfoss for the VLT FC 102 HVAC Drives series. Within building automation, it modulates fan and pump motors so airflow, pressure, and temperature can be controlled with minimal energy use. Variable-speed operation can reduce mechanical stress in duct and water systems by matching motor output to demand instead of running at full speed continuously. The unit belongs to the VLT HVAC Drive product group and uses series identifier 102 within the platform.
The drive accepts a mains supply of 380 – 480 VAC on a three-phase power network, allowing direct connection to typical industrial feeders. Its enclosure meets the IP55 / Type 12 backplate rating, so dust and sprayed water are excluded when the backplate version is mounted. Conducted emissions are suppressed by an integrated RFI Class A1/B (C1) filter, which helps installations meet EMC requirements. Mechanical integration uses a Frame A5, B, and C backplate for an open drive back configuration that aligns the heat sink with cabinet airflow paths. This placement also helps preserve usable cabinet space around the power section.
The upstream isolator is provided through a mains disconnect option, allowing power to be locked out before servicing. Local interaction occurs through the graphical local control panel, which displays operating values and parameter menus at the drive. A functional safety input supports the Safe Stop feature and removes torque in accordance with stop category 0 when triggered. The printed circuit boards use an uncoated PCB finish, which is suitable for clean technical spaces where chemical vapors are absent. No accessory is specified for the A-option field, the B-option slot uses the MCB-101 general-purpose I/O board for extra terminals, and Adaptation B is set to no adaptation.
