The FC-102P15KT4E21H1XGXXXXSXXXXAXBXCXXXXDX is a variable frequency drive from Danfoss in the VLT FC 102 HVAC Drives series. Designed for supply-air fans, return blowers, and hydronic pumps, it adjusts motor speed to match real-time building load and improve energy efficiency. It converts fixed industrial mains power into a controlled output waveform for common three-phase induction motors. It also manages torque response, acceleration and deceleration ramps, and protective fault handling during normal HVAC duty. Direct links to building-management systems allow the drive to regulate airflow and temperature in commercial facilities.

The drive delivers 15 kW of continuous power, equivalent to 20 HP, for typical HVAC motor loads in fans and pumps. Its input section accepts 380–480 VAC on three-phase power, allowing straightforward connection to standard service transformers in commercial buildings. With an enclosure rating of IP21 / Type 1, the housing keeps live parts finger-safe and protects against vertically falling drips in indoor mechanical rooms. Because no brake chopper is included, regenerated energy must be returned to the supply or handled by external braking hardware. Dry-room mounting is intended for frame sizes B, C, D, and E, supporting placement in enclosed wall cabinets or floor-mounted assemblies.

Control interaction is handled by the integrated graphical local control panel, and wiring uses cable entries specified by Adaptation A. Conducted emissions are limited by the factory-installed filter rated RFI Class A1/B (C1), which helps reduce interference on the supply side. Menu navigation, parameter access, and local status viewing are available from the front panel during routine operation. The printed circuit boards are uncoated and are intended for clean, dry air rather than humid or contaminated spaces. A standard language pack provides multilingual menu support.
