Product Description:
The FC-102P11KT4P21H2XGXXXXSXXXXAXBXCXXXXDX is an AC variable-frequency drive produced by Danfoss within the VLT FC 102 HVAC Drives series. It is designed for heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning systems that use induction motors to operate fans, pumps, and air-handling equipment. The drive adjusts motor speed to match changing airflow or circulation requirements instead of operating the connected equipment continuously at full speed. This variable-speed control can reduce unnecessary energy use and provide smoother operation in automated building systems.
This model delivers a continuous output of 11 kW, equivalent to 15 HP, giving it the capacity to run midsize air handlers and circulation pumps. It accepts a mains supply of 380–480 VAC with three-phase power, allowing direct connection to common industrial power systems without a transformer. The IP21 / Type 1 enclosure supports indoor installation in clean electrical rooms and protects internal components from accidental contact and vertically falling water droplets. Its backplate format accommodates Frames B and C and allows the drive to mount flat against a cabinet wall, helping conserve enclosure depth. The drive does not include a brake chopper, so it is intended for applications with gradual deceleration rather than rapid dynamic braking. Standard cooling passages must remain unobstructed so air can circulate around the installed unit.
Conductors enter through standard cable entries, providing conventional routing for mains, motor, and control wiring. An integrated RFI filter reduces conducted electromagnetic interference on the incoming supply lines and helps limit disturbances to nearby equipment. The drive includes a graphical local control panel for viewing operating data, navigating menus, and adjusting parameters without separate programming hardware. Its control electronics use an uncoated PCB, making the unit best suited to clean locations with minimal exposure to moisture, dust, or corrosive airborne contaminants. A standard language pack supports multilingual menu navigation during setup and routine operation. Adaptation B leaves the mechanical envelope unchanged from the standard factory configuration.
