The unit regulates the speed of induction motors that power supply fans, exhaust fans, pumps, and compressors in building automation systems. By converting fixed-frequency utility power into a controllable output, it allows building management systems to maintain precise temperature and pressure setpoints while reducing energy use and mechanical wear. Designed for cabinet mounting, the drive provides communication, protection, and power features suited to air-handling applications in commercial and industrial facilities.
Adaptation A provides standard cable entries for gland installation, while Adaptation B leaves the enclosure unmodified. The installed PROFIBUS DP MCA 101 option supports cyclic control and diagnostic communication with compatible PLC platforms. Rated output supports motors up to 110 kW (150 HP), providing sufficient capacity for large fans, pumps, and compressors. The input section accepts line voltages of 380–480 VAC from three-phase power supplies.
