The converter has a short circuit rating of 100 kA RMS symmetrical at the rated input voltage max that provides high fault tolerance. The environmental rating for the converter is Type 1. The converter operates within a wide temperature range with a maximum ambient temperature of + 40 °C (104 °F) and a minimum of – 10 °C (14 °F).
