Product Description:
The 134G7811 AC drive is produced by Danfoss for the VLT FC 102 HVAC Drives series. It is a variable-frequency converter used in building automation to regulate the speed of induction motors that run fans, pumps, and compressors. By adjusting motor speed to match real-time demand, the drive can reduce unnecessary energy consumption while maintaining the required system output. The unit is intended for ventilation and climate-control systems that require precise airflow or hydronic control.
Its continuous electrical output reaches 110 kW, which corresponds to 150 HP of mechanical power for connected equipment. The rectifier accepts a supply range of 380–480 VAC from three-phase power, eliminating the need for external phase conversion in standard industrial facilities. An enclosure rating of IP21 / Type 1 protects the electronics against falling dirt and limited dripping water, making the drive suitable for installation in dedicated electrical rooms. A local control panel is not included, so an optional keypad or networked control software is required to configure and operate the unit. The drive does not include a brake chopper, so regenerative energy produced during motor deceleration must be managed by the motor or an external braking solution.
Physical wiring is routed through standard cable entries, providing conventional access points for power and control conductors. The chassis supports dry-room mounting with compatible B, C, D, or E frame arrangements. The expansion slots are empty, allowing compatible option modules to be selected separately when additional communication or control functions are required. The control boards have a coated PCB finish that helps protect electronic components against moisture in indoor applications. Electromagnetic emissions are reduced by the integrated RFI filter, which helps limit conducted interference on connected power lines. The drive uses the Standard Language Pack for its interface text and operating menus. Its series identifier 102 indicates compatibility with the parameter structure used by other FC 102 models.
