The 131U9349 is an AC variable frequency drive manufactured by Danfoss within the VLT FC 102 HVAC Drives series. Intended for building automation, the drive converts fixed-frequency mains power into a variable output that allows controllers to modulate the speed of supply fans, return fans, and chilled-water pumps. By matching motor speed to real-time load demands, it supports energy-efficient air handling and temperature regulation across commercial and industrial facilities.
The unit delivers a continuous electrical output of 18.5 kW, equivalent to 25 HP, so it can power medium-sized HVAC motors. It accepts a supply range of 380–480 VAC with three-phase power, enabling direct connection to standard switchboards. The housing has a protection rating of IP55 / Type 12, which shields the internal electronics from dust and water jets when the drive is wall-mounted outside a cabinet. For electromagnetic compatibility, the integrated filter meets RFI Class A1/B (C1), allowing installation in residential or light-industrial areas without additional suppression hardware.
