The 131B8125 is an AC variable frequency drive produced by Danfoss for the VLT FC 102 HVAC Drives series. In building automation systems, it adjusts the speed of centrifugal fans, pumps, and compressors. This variable-speed control allows airflow or fluid delivery to match real-time demand while reducing unnecessary energy use. The drive is intended for heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning equipment that requires controlled motor operation under changing loads.
This model accepts power from three-phase power networks and converts it into a pulse-width-modulated output for the connected motor. Its continuous electrical capacity is 1.1 kW, which is equivalent to 1.5 HP and allows it to control small to midsize blower motors in air-handling units. The enclosure has an IP20 chassis rating, so the drive must be mounted inside a protected panel that prevents exposure to moisture and excessive contamination. Local setup is handled through the integrated graphical local control panel, which displays operating parameters, status information, and fault codes. Wiring enters through standard cable entries, while the mechanical layout supports normal cabinet mounting on A, B, or C frames. This configuration is best suited to indoor electrical enclosures with controlled operating conditions. Multilingual navigation is available through the standard language pack, allowing menus and operating messages to be viewed in supported languages.
